All orders are shipped by Postnl (and local service in destination country) on working days between 9 am and 5 pm.

Return, change and returncost

Ofcourse it is possible to change a product for a different size or return a product if it is not what you expected. 


All products can be returned, except earrings. Goods need to be returned in the original packaging and with labels attached. Please be aware of the fact that we can not accept returned goods that are damaged, worn, washed and/or used. 


The  shippingcost for returns are at cost of the customer. If you want to exchange a product for a different size, will pay the shipping cost for orders (and shipment) inside the Netherlands. Unfortunately the shippingcost for size exchanges outside the Netherlands has to be paid by the customer.


Returning or exchanging a product is very easy. Just make a RMA (return merchandise authorisation) request in your account for the item(s) that you would like to return within 48 hours after delivery of your order.

You will receive a RMA approval from us as soon as possible and after that you can send us the return product(s).

Return shipments have to be made within 7 days after the delivery of the goods. In case we do not receive the return shipment within 14 days after delivery, we can not accept the returned product(s).
